Tough times ahead for Lufthasna , Cabin crew calls for a three day walk out .

In an unprecedented move ,German airline Lufthansa’s crew calls for a three day walk out for all their fellow collegues. The strike has been extended for three days . The union popularly known as the UFO called for a walkout for all flight crew employees who were supposed to join their duties from Dusseldorf and Munich airport . The reason for the strike is said to be the early retirement policy set by Lufthansa’s board .

It is believed the strike could affect more than 113,000 passengers worldwide. Earlier the strike was called on Friday but was called off in 24 hours .The strike can cause an unprecedented crisis during the upcoming festive season and it is requested by aviation authorities in Germany to check the flight status 48 prior to the departure so as to avoid any sort of discomfort .
